A man was filmed by a surveillance camera overlooking a Miami bus stop.
He was a few feet away from a woman who was sitting down probably waiting on the next bus.
The man took off his shoe laces and began to attack the woman by strangling her with the shoe laces.
It was a struggle between the both of them before a bystander ran up and intervened.
He saved the woman from being strangled and the attacker was repeatedly punching the woman who was trying to fight for her life.
According to the @onlyindade Instagram account the man has been charged with attempted murder.
