Has Kanye West gone off his meds?
If he has, it would help explain his current state of mind.
In case you missed it, Mr. Kim Kardashian has gone on record as a supporter of Candace Owens, a conservative commentator who has expressed her disdain for the Black Lives Matter movement. He says he 'likes the way Owens thinks.'
That sparked a call between West and New York’s Hot 97 host Ebro Darden. According to Ebro, ‘Ye likes Owens because she challenges convention Black thought. He also said that he felt “demonized” for attempting to do the same thing.
Ebro adds that throughout the conversation, ‘Ye professed his love for Donald Trump. The way Kanye sees it, he reached out to President Barack Obama for years and got nowhere. At least Trump gave him a meeting. And when Ebro pointed out that The Donald just exploited ‘Yeezy for a photo op? Kanye’s defense was that Trump is "just busy.' Kanye went on to say that his ultimate goal is to “deprogram” people and have them “think differently than they thought before.” Hence, he doesn’t think he’s out of touch.
- ONE MORE THING! Kanye said that the reason for his 2016 breakdown was an opioid addiction. He also harbors resentment that “nobody really showed love” for him during that time.
- AND THIS… Now that Kanye is courting the conservatives, Alex Jones wants to talk to him. The conspiracy theorist tweeted him with, “I admire your bold moves against the thought police. And if you want to see these control-freak vampires really go crazy, please join me on my broadcast!” So far, Kanye hasn’t responded.
