Atlanta Middle School Students Find Out They're Going to Black Panther

There are very few things in the world better than witnessing a young child's joy at seeing their favorite superheroes on the big screen. As proof, we submit to you this video of middle school students at Atlanta's Ron Clark Academy who found out last Friday they would be seeing Marvel's new film "Black Panther" together on February 21st.

Wade King, a teacher and the school's director of curriculum, shared the footage on Twitter, saying the day would be much more than just the screening of a superhero movie.

"We will have a day of cultural classes, African dancers, historical lessons, and then we will all go see the film! Turn up!!!!," he wrote.

Starring Chadwick Boseman and Lupita Nyong'o, Boseman plays T'Challa, king of the fictional and technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda. The Marvel studios film, follows T'Challa as he returns home to Wakanda where he will take his rightful place as king and battle a powerful enemy.

Early reviews of the movie have been incredibly favorable, with many calling it the best movie so far from Marvel. Pre-sales for tickets have already outpaced past Marvel fare, with Fandango saying Black Panther easily outsold the previous record holder: Captain America:  Civil War.

Black Panther hits the theaters on February 15th.
