Space-X Now Set For Friday Launch

SpaceX and NASA are postponing tomorrow's planned launch of a manned Crew-2 mission to the International Space Station.

Unfavorable weather conditions at Cape Canaveral will keep the Falcon-nine rocket on the ground until the next launch attempt, now scheduled for Friday morning just before 6 am Eastern time. Bob Cabana, Director of the Kennedy Space Center, held a press conference to discuss the delay due to weather concerns.

Two U.S. astronauts, Megan McArthur and Shane Kimbrough, will be on board along with two colleagues from both the Japanese and European space agencies. NASA will livestream the launch, which will take place at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
