Legendary comedian Paul Mooney has sadly passed away his publicist confirmed to Daily News. The Oscar-winning actor and comedian was 79 years old.
According to Daily News, Mooney died this morning (Wednesday) in Oakland at around 5:30AM after suffering a heart attack.
Mooney was a revered comedian who worked with Dave Chappelle, Richard Pryor and Spike Lee.
We have lost a lot of greats this year, and Mr. Mooney is one of them. Prayers to his family, friends and fans.
