Trey Songz was ready to defend himself after a fan ran up on him while he was in the middle of a performance.

The R&B singer was singing "All We Do" during his set at "The Millennium Tour 2025" in South Carolina on Sunday night, March 23, when a man managed to get access to the stage. Videos posted to social media show the male fan was overly excited as he ran toward the artist. Trey Songz had no idea the man was onstage until he put his arm around the singer. Once he realized what was happening, Songz immediately pushed him away and assumed a fighter stance.

Trey Songz held his pose until the man was hauled away by security. Once he was taken away, the 40-year-old artist went back to his performance like nothing happened. After videos of the unplanned moment hit the Internet, fans cracked some hilarious jokes about Songz's reaction. Some people posted gifs of Bruce Lee, Spongebob and Power Rangers in their ninja poses while others shamed the man who caused all the commotion.

"Bro thought he was getting a meet and greet, Trey gave him a beat and retreat ๐Ÿ’€," one fan wrote.

"Guess Trey added โ€˜boxerโ€™ to his resume real quick," another person said.

Trey Songz is one of the headliners of "The Millennium Tour 2025" along with Bow Wow and Omarion. The tour also features performances from Rick Ross, Ying Yang Twins, Plies, Boosie Badazz, Ray J, Sammie, Bobby V, Pleasure P and Nivea.
