Only days after winning the championship, AEW star Wardlow looks to have already lost his belt! He claims thieves stole the championship belt from his rental car on Tuesday.
In a video posted to his Instagram stories, Wardlow said that someone broke into his rental car and stole all of his belonging, including the title belt he won over Samoa Joe on Sunday at AEW Revolution in San Francisco.
Wardlow, on the other hand, is scheduled to defend his newly acquired title against Powerhouse Hobbs at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento today. He claims that despite no longer possessing the belt, he still intends to attend the match.
