There's a new retail store coming to the Fillmore in San Francisco that is attempting to revive Black owned businesses. 'In The Black' will be opening on the corner of Geary and Fillmore, underneath The Fillmore. The area was once known as the "Harlem of the West."
'In The Black' plans host 22 Black-owned businesses including apparel & accessories, home goods, Food & Beverage, Beauty and Wellness, and more.
Some popular Bay Area clothing brands that will be available are Cik Apparel and Belle Noire Accessories.
In The Black opens Friday, November 25 at 1567 Fillmore Street (at Geary Street), and will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
