Other tweets mentioned the Chuckling Squad, a hacker group that took over the accounts of Chloë Grace Moretz and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey last summer.
Mariah has since regained control of her account and deleted the offensive tweets. She referred to the hacking by tweeting, "I take a freaking nap and this happens?"
