Kevin Hart will reportedly not sue or file an insurance claim against Jared Black, whom the California Highway Patrol concluded crashed Kevin's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda in Calabasas on September 1st.
Kevin decided not to go that route because of how much he likes Jared and his fiancee Rebecca Broxterman. She is the trainer of his second wife Eniko Parrish. "I have nothing but love for Jared," he said earlier this month. "And wish him and Rebecca a speedy recovery."
However, Jared, who suffered serious back and chest injuries,might still sue Hartfor not equipping his restored muscle car with proper seat belts. He was driving the classic car at the request of Kevin. Meanwhile, Kevin is receiving outpatient intensive physical therapy himself following surgery for three spinal fractures.
- ONE MORE THING!: Kevin is reportedly requesting more time to respond to the emotionaldistress and invasion of privacy lawsuit filed against him by Montia Sabbag. She was in the sex tape that Kevin's friend Jonathan Todd Jackson had filmed without her consent. Kevin claimed he was using the tape to extort him but she claims that he was in on it and allowed Jonathan access to their hotel room so he could film them.
