Kevin Hart Back in the Public, Headed Back To Court to Get His Money

Kevin Hart isheaded back to court, courtesy of some of his ex business partners. The iGo Marketing & Entertainment have filed an appeal in their on-going legal battle.

iGo sued Kevin in 2017 for unpaid commissions, and a judge agreed, ordering him to pay over $701-thousand bucks. The company – believing that the total wasn’t calculated right – went back to court to get the total upped to almost a million bucks. Hart asked the judge to deny that request, which he did. The case was closed days later.

Now iGo wants to appeal the ruling to increase the cash, which means that Kevin – who’s currently recovering from a near-fatal crash – will have to go to court.

  • ONE MORE THING! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson gave Kevin ahilarious shout-out. The Rock was recently named “The Coolest Dad of 2019.” In his acceptance speech, he mentioned his three daughters, but also spoke about his most troublesome child – Kevin. The two are great friends and the former pro-wrestler often jokes about the diminutive comedian.
