Ben “DrLupo” Lupo is a legend in the gamer world, and he recently used his gaming skills to raise money for a good cause.
DrLupo – who’s raised millions for charity in the past – partnered with GuardianCon to host a marathon streaming event that brought in a whopping $920,343.98 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in just four and a half hours. His haul brought the total amount raised by the GuardianCon convention to $3.7 million bucks raised.
For the record, St. Jude Children's Research Hospitalfor treats children from all around the world. According to their website, they ensure families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
