Nicki Minaj had the Twittersphere buzzing this weekend. After dropping a new single and video for “Megatron,” she released a new episode of “Queen Radio” to let fans know what she’s been up to since she’s been laying low on social media.
Apparently the self-proclaimed “homebody” has been boo’d up with Kenneth Petty. “I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness,” Nicki said. “It was so hard to get to a happy place. Now that I’m there I don’t want to compromise that for anyone or anything. Certain traveling things I don’t wanna do it. I’m just enjoying my downtime.” She also says there’s a marriage in the works. In fact, they already have a license. While she’s ready to start a family “soon,” she’s not pregnant right now.
At some point during the show, Miley Cyrus’ name came up. For the record, their beef dates back to 2015, when Miley called Nicki out for criticizing MTV after they snubbed “Anaconda” in the Video of the Year category. The feud was reignited again after Cyrus recently dropped the verse, “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi,” in her single, “Catitude.”
