Teacher On Leave After Forcing 5-Year-Old To Clean Feces Out Of Toilet

An elementary school teacher in North Little Rock, Arkansas has been placed on administrative leave after being accused of forcing a 5-year-old kindergarten student to unclog a toilet filled with feces with his hands.

The kindergartner's mother, Ashley Murry, said her son told her the Crystal Hill Elementary School teacher forced him to clean the toilet with his hands because he used too much toilet paper. Murry says what the teacher did is "unacceptable."

The boy has been moved to a different class and the teacher has apologized according to Murry, however, Murry says that is not enough. Murry says the teacher needs to be suspended or terminated.

Pulaski County Special School District, released a statement, saying in part that they are actively investigating the incident and that the teacher was placed on administrative leave.

The boy's grandmother, Tami Murry, commented on the incident as well in a Facebook post. In her post she said in part, that she doesn't want this to happen to another young black male and that we must "protect our black males." She continued to say that she doesn't know "if it's racism or pure dislike for him (her grandson), but something isn't right."

Apparently this isn't the first time it has happened at this elementary school. Another member told ABC 13 in Arkansas that the same thing happened to her daughter when she used too much toilet paper last fall under a different teacher.

You can check out the grandmothers Facebook post below. Lets hope that teacher never steps foot in a school again. No student should be subject to such humiliation, especially a 5-year-old.
